We’ll introduce apps and websites to help organize your small business, such as managing appointments, storing digital copies of important business documents, and accepting digital and online payments.
We’ll review the importance of having an online presence, using social media, and communicating with customers through online platforms. Finally, we’ll explore AI tools for small businesses, how to choose the right AI tools, and how to incorporate them safely into your small business.
