Empower Image

Reaves Barbershop is a New Haven and Dixwell neighborhood landmark, which has been in it's current location for over 30 years. Empower New Haven is of course not that old, but the ENH facade partnership with the City of New Haven enables eligible Empowerment Zone businesses to put on a new face and face the future with pride.
